Check-In

• After 4:00 PM. Early check-in when available — ask us!
• Use your unique keypad code. Message us if anything looks off so we can fix it fast.

Check-Out

• By 11:00 AM to prepare for the next guest.
• Start the dishwasher; trash to the community dumpster near the lot.
• Summer: set A/C to 70°F. Winter: heat to 68°F. Lock the door on exit.

TV & Streaming

• Turn on TV & Fire TV. Input should auto-switch to HDMI.
• Our “Welcome Channel” plays tips, local highlights, and direct-booking info.
• Use your own streaming apps; remember to sign out at check-out.
